Aytee Pup Flies the Nest
We said goodbyes to 3 pups today. The first to go was Aytee Ophelia who flew in style while her brothers headed for Wiltshire and deepest Devon.
So sad to say goodbye, but thankyou to our wonderful owners and we wish you all loads of fun and success with your puppies.
"O" Litter sooooooo content
Doras pups passed another milestone this week more than doubling their birth weight at 2 weeks old, having 128 nails cut (!) and their first weetabix this weekend. Sooooo proud of Dora their great mum 🥰

DORA GETS A HELPING HAND
With her litter now 2 weeks old Dora found some help arrived in the shape of kennel mates Karat and Jerzi …
DONE AND DUSTED
Our “O” Litter passed a milestone this weekend in being docked and declawed. Always a good date to get behind us time will now fly as next weekend they will be opening their eyes.
Escaped only just
Being circled by 30 odd heifers kicking their heels in touching distance, was not fun - just got through the wire in time, pity they haven’t heard of social distancing !
DORA SAYS EASY PEASY
Dora made it all look so easy, 8 puppies born yesterday evening, 3 dogs and 5 bitches, all sucking and mum content. We are very excited for our lovely working home owners and would like to thank everyone who was interested in a puppy and who we have had to disappoint at this difficult time. Thanks again to Gina Brown and the lovely Bodi. Off to celebrate for the rest of the day !
Dora’s easy peasy litter
DORA'S KEEPING FIT
Ft Ch Aytee Isadora is keeping fit in the only way she knows how... hunting ! At 8 weeks pregnant she is very well indeed and we look forward to next week and the safe arrival of puppies.
the lovely Dora in slimmer times
Karats Disappointment!
Middle of lockdown, no proper access to birds and a desperate GSP …. Amazing how quickly these dogs will make it up when they dont have game, couldnt believe my eyes 😄 at least it didn’t run !
Good ole FB
Ha, it took a club circular from Helen Sansome of the Waikato Gundog Club in New Zealands North Island for me to discover the UK Gundog Journal …..and its latest edition which features an Aytee dog ! How the wheels of social media turn…..well done to Darryl and Lewis a nice article and now in this great coffee table magazine, quite different and well worth a look. Interesting to hear it is a popular read down under.
