With twelve field trial champions in Mavis’s pedigree plus numerous FT winners she is proving to be a natural and are very excited to have brought together for the very first time all of our best Aytee working dogs genes in both sides of her pedigree. We hope to breed from Mavis at the end of her 2026 Field Trial season.

Mavis was graded twice on grouse in the UK in Spring Pointing tests at 1 year old and here below she is learning to work grouse in Scotland before moving to New Zealand at 18 months old. She was a Champion before her 2nd birthday (top picture.)

In 2025 she won the New Zealand Natural Game Championship and was also joint winner of their National Pointer and Setter Championship
