These three helpers ate an extraordinary number of raspberries and had eventually to be shut up . The nets were for the birds, didnt reckon on dogs poaching my fruit !
CHATSWORTH WORKING TEST
The hottest day of the year didnt stop Jerzi winning first prize today at the Kennel Club's Open Working Test at Chatsworth, Derbyshire. She was last to go on each test, really nailed the hunting and won herself her own Tuffies Bed as well as numerous sponsors prizes. Great day with lovely competitors and thanks to the judges, sponsors and KC for super time
BUSY WEEKEND
BUSY WEEKEND
Two warm ups for competitions in a few weeks were well worth the trips this weekend, with Karat winning a Puppy Stakes class at the local Gt Yarmouth and district Limited Show and Jerzi a 4th in Open amongst a huge entry in the Hungarian Viszla Working Test in Oxfordshire. We got baked at one and soaked at the other, but both great fun, a big thankyou to all organisers.
FILM STAR EXHAUSTED
Karat was exhausted last night after spending over 4 hours in the heat of the day at the end of a camera lens. She managed to demonstrate on camera what not to do, (!) as well as what should be done (thank goodness!) for a sequence of short training videos which will soon be uploaded to our AyteeGSPS Youtube channel. We will soon be releasing a digital Training Programme for the young HPR, which will be accompanied with various demos on video. Great fun to do, but woof, Karat reckons hard work !
K LITTER IN ACTION
The K litter was 9 months old this weekend and like children they are all progressing in their chosen careers..... Juno has just passed Level 1 /Stage 1 Basic Air Scent of Human and Kane has had his first water retrieve. Karat, well, she is pretty good a carrying everything around, EVERYTHING !
14TH CENTURY GSPS
We visited the National Gallery in London today :)

KARATS LUCK HOLDS
NOWHERE TO RUN
But everywhere to hide ! We are surrounded by miles and miles of chest high oil seed rape here in Norfolk and the ground that made marvellous spring pointing two months ago is well out of bounds. Think I'll keep the pup on a lead :)
